I offer a free initial consultation so you can ask questions and see if CBT feels like the right fit. If we conclude that it isn’t, I’ll provide free signposting advice to help you find the support you need.

Payments must be made at the time of booking. Payments are made securely by card using Stripe or by bank transfer. Block bookings are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
