I offer CBT therapy in a collaborative, practical and compassionate way. Sessions are a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening, and gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck.

 

We’ll focus on what’s happening now, while also making sense of where these patterns came from, so change feels possible and sustainable.
